NR. 5m 8600066 The protective covers C1S and C10S soft are clicked into the aluminium profile for protection after the installation of drywall and tile profiles. The high-quality soft PVC is very robust and withstands the pressure of filling/ plastering or painting. The protective cover prevents putty, glue, sealing material, silicone or paint from penetrating into the interior. Then the protective cover is removed, cleaned and is reusable several times over. Finally, the cover (PC) can be inserted into the profile. Die Schutzcover C1S und C10S soft werden nach der Montage von Trockenbau- und Fliesenprofilen in das Alu-Profil zum Schutz eingeklickt. Das hochwertige Soft-PVC ist sehr robust und hält dem Druck beim Verspachteln/-putzen oder Streichen stand. Das Schutzcover verhindert, dass Spachtelmasse, Kleber, Dichtmaterial, Silikon oder Farbe in den Innenraum eindringt. Danach wird das Schutzcover abgenommen, gereinigt und ist vielfach wiederverwendbar. Abschließend kann die Abdeckung (PC) in das Profil eingesetzt werden. 25 Use in wet rooms and outdoors Einsatz in Nasszellen und Outdoor The use in wet areas or outdoors is possible only in sealed form. Silicone is applied to the connection joints for sealing which provides extra protection against moisture and water. In the LED profile systems, absolute tightness against water is achieved with the casting of Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR). IMPORTANT: During the installation of LED profile systems in wet rooms and outdoors, it is imperative to pay attention to the exclusive use of LED flexstrips with the appropriate protection class! Linear LED outdoor lighting systems with GALAXY® profiles meet these requirements by default. When choosing a LED flex strip, check the manufacturer’s protection class (at least IP65). We will be happy to advise you! Der Einsatz in Nasszellen oder im Außenbereich ist ausschließlich in abgedichteter Form möglich. Besonderen Schutz vor Feuchtigkeit und Wasser bietet Silikon, das zum Abdichten auf die Verbindungsstellen aufgetragen wird. 26 Independent linear LED lighting systems The profile is connected to the PL10 LED SURFACE profile/ cable with a universal duct using a click system. The complete wiring is professionally and safely stored in the PL10 LED SURFACE profile/cable universal duct. The end caps provided for this are made of aluminium and are secured with the supplied screws. Mounting springs (e.g. for fixing in plasterboards) available from GALAXY® profiles or screws are used to mount the linear LED lamp to the support or building fabric. With the corresponding wire suspension (sheathed cables with 150 cm length as well as a load capacity of 75 kg per cable), the LED lamp becomes a timeless, aesthetic and above all functional linear LED pendant lamp. For demanding installation on sloped ceilings (ceiling canopy), the jointed gripper is used in addition to the wire suspension. (The individual components for the linear LED lamp systems can be found in the accessories of the respective profile series!) Linear LED lighting systems from GALAXY® profiles are perfect LED lighting solutions that are particularly convincing with the high ecological and economic energy efficiency. — The simple and easy installation, — an integrative product design and — the freely selectable properties of the LED flex Strips with respect to the lighting performance (watts), luminous flux (lumens), colour temperature (Kelvin), colour reproduction (CRI/Ra) offer virtually unlimited application possibilities. These stand-alone linear LED lighting systems from GALAXY® profiles are fitted with the corresponding LED Strips as needed and can be used as — general room lighting for residential, office, conference, meeting, presentation and working spaces (direct or indirect LED lighting), — staging LED decorative lighting, — atmospheric LED effect lighting or also for — object-gentle LED shop, display / showcase lighting. Dieses Alu-Profil kann auch anwendungsspezifisch zum Einbau verwendet werden. Die LED Profilabdeckungen Opal/satiniert (Lichtdurchlässigkeit 65 %), Klar (Lichtdurchlässigkeit 85 %), weiß/matt (Lichtdurchlässigkeit 75 %) oder Schwarz Matt (Lichtdurchlässigkeit 25 %) bestehen aus bruchsicherem und schwer brennbarem Polycarbonat (Klassifizierung Brennbarkeit UL94 V-2) und schaffen homogene LED Lichtverhältnisse mit hoher Verwertung der Lichtleistung. Abdeckungen auch in 6 m verfügbar! Dieses LED Profil hat aufgrund seiner im Vergleich zum PL1 LED AUFBAU-Profil größeren Innenhöhe auch einen größeren Kühlkörper und kann somit mit stärkeren LED Flexbändern bestückt werden, ohne dabei auf homogene LED Lichtlinien verzichten zu müssen (keine Lichtpunkte, sondern durchgängige Lichtlinie). Wegen der kleinen Abmessungen und des geringen Gewichtes ist dieses Profilsystem unter anderem als ideale LED Lichtquelle in Wohn- und Büromöbeln, Wohnaccessoires, Vitrinen, Regalen sowie an Treppenstufen und selbstverständlich an Wänden und Decken geeignet. The PL2 LED SURFACE Profile has a particularly narrow design and is designed for LED flexstrips with a maximum width of 12 mm and is universally used in interior areas (in conjunction with the PL10 construction profile and cable universal duct also as a stand-alone LED pendant lamp with cord suspension or as LED lamp fixed with mounting brackets/springs). Use the profile for application-specific installations as a recess profile. The LED profile covers opal/satinised (translucency 65 %), clear (translucency 85 %), white/matt (translucency 75 %) or black matt (translucency 25 %) are made of shatter-proof, non-flammable polycarbonate (classification flammability UL94 V-2) and create homogeneous LED lighting conditions with high utilisation of the light output. Covers also available in 6m length! This LED profile offers higher cooling effects as PL1 LED SURFACE Profile. This effect comes with the greater interior height. Therefore, more powerful LED flexstrips can be integrated without sacrifice to homoegeneous LED light lines (no pinpoints of light but rather continuous lines of light). This LED profile is ideally suited as a LED light source in residential and office furniture, home accessories, display cases, shelves and stairs and of course on walls and ceilings, among other things, due to their small dimensions and low weight.
