Multi-point webbing harness keeps the helmet on the head even in most difficutl work positions and situations. Thanks to CenterFit adjustment system (53-63 cm) helmet is always perfectly centered on head and confortable. Adjustment wheels on both sides are easy to use also with gloves. Petzl helmets do not have a canopy (which would limit vision upwards and create neck stres) nor side gutters which would easy get stuck in confined space.
Tested to protect users head according to the following test methods:
EN397 standard mandatory requirements:
5.1.1. Shock absorption from a single fallinng object (5 kg from 1 m height), the force transmitted to the headform shall not exceed 5,0 kN
5.1.2. Resistance to penetration
EN397 standard optional requirements:
5.2.1. Very low temperature (-30C)
5.2.4. Lateral deformation
Due to the efficient ventilation holes this helmet does not qualify for the EN standard test methids for Electrical properties and Molten metal splash..
EN12492 standard obligatory requirements:
5.7.3 Chin strap strength >500 N, that the helmet will not fall off the head in case of falling
4.1.4 Efficient ventilation (she sum of the cross-sectional ventilation areas is big enough)
4.2.1.1 Vertical energy absorption capacity (The force transmitted to the headform shall not exceed
10 kN for a 5 kg mass dropped from 2 m height)

Integrated clips for elastic head lamp band on the helmet sides. Slot for mounting hearing protectors (Certified for example with all Silenta Cap models with 733N II adapters and with Peltor Optime and X-series having P3E attachment. Max lifetime 10 years which results in cost efficiency and 77% less environmental waist impact copared to regular helmets. Shell material: ABS. Weight 445 g. 3 year warraty for material and craftmanship. CE EN12492. ANSI Z89.1-2009 type I class C.
