Target audience:
Rescue departments, industrial rescue divisions, voluntary fire brigades, ski resort and adventure park operators, rope access workers and all other who can benefit from learning wider range of rescue methods in areas where there is a risk of fall.
Goal:
To learn more versatile rescue and anchoring methods, which gives the ability to operate on wider scale of rescue tasks and provides the preparedness to act efficiently also in special situations which cannot be predictable. This is the right training for those who want to deepen their skills and become able to perform multi-tasks in variety of areas.
Content:
- Creating anchor points to areas where there are no existing anchor points.
- Dividing anchor points
- Partner rescue in rope access situation
- Rescuing upwards and to sides in confined space
- Advantages and disadvantages of different pulleys systems
More detailed content defined after work task evaluation. Content can also be customized to needs (for example ski lift evacuation at determined ski lift).
Additional information:
Prerequisite for attendance: Rescue Basics training (VD6928BT) completed.
Available in Finnish and English.
Can be organized at the end customer’s facility or at our training center in Helsinki.
Price includes the use of all PPE needed in the training.
Participants will receive a certificate which identifies the workers skills to perform work tasks at height.
Circumstances where fall protection PPE are required are demanding. Therefore we recommend refreshing the training every 12 months.
The following manufacturers PPE will be used in the training: CT - Climbing Technology, Beal, Ikar.
Possible kilometer allowance 0.6 €/km and overnight accommodation fee will be added to the training cost.
