Target audience:
Electrical-, energy-, telecom and other professionals who move around and progress on wood structures.
Goal:
To prepare participants for safe progression on pylons, work positioning and basic partner rescue from a pylon.
Content:
- Choosing the right PPE and safe use
- Progression and different work positioning
- Pylon rescue basic principle sand practising
- More detailed content will be defined according to pylon type (basic wood pylon or cross structure)
Can also be organized as advanced training and content for example:
- Progression using rope access methods
- Partner rescue advanced techniques
- Rescue versatility to cover wider range or different type of work areas
Additional information:
Participation to basic training does not require previous experience of work at height.
Available in Finnish and English.
Can be organized at the end customer’s facility or at our training center in Helsinki.
Price includes the use of all PPE needed in the training.
Participants will receive a certificate which identifies the workers skills to perform work tasks at height.
Circumstances where fall protection PPE are required are demanding. Therefore we recommend refreshing the training every 12 months.
The following manufacturers PPE will be used in the training: Edelrid, CT, Ikar.
Possible kilometer allowance and overnight accommodation fee will be added to the training cost.
