19” cabinet for sharing access to services integrated in the suspended ceiling.
The convergence of technologies towards IP requires buildings to evolve
their network infrastructure.
The ISO 11801-6 standard
relative to generic cabling of user
premises, in support of distributed
services, accompanies this change.
Pre-cabling such as we imagine, evolves to
become pre-cabling which is shared more and
more, which extends the installation life and
facilitates changes within the building throughout its life.
The CEILING BOX is thus the service
concentration point, which means the pre-cabling
of the building is modular and upgradeable. It can be discretely installed in connected buildings in suspended ceilings, in pace of one of the tiles and thus facilitate post-cabling actions.
